Welcome to CRM 2.0 - Creating the New Definition
Okay, everyone. This is the place that we begin to hash it all out. The first community-based (and, thus, I hope, community agreed upon...) definition of customer relationship management as it needs to be in 2007.
The idea is simple. By doing this, an "of the community, by the community, for the community and general population" we bring CRM into 21st century relevance, which, frankly, its in danger of losing if we don't change how its viewed.
All the possibility is there. Its still the science of customer engagement. Its just that the customer wants to be engaged in a radically different way than he/she had wanted to be in the past? N'est ce pas? Dontcha think?
Maybe you don't think so, maybe you do. Weigh in by defining and redefining CRM 2.0 until we come up with something that's a good working definition that we can take to the world and that we'll all agree on - or, uh, most of us will agree on by the time this community exercise program is ended.

- Table to fill in comparing features of CRM 1.0 to CRM 2.0
- Glossary for CRM 2.0 that basically means we can specifically define characteristics
