 I would like to suggest a chapter on the effects of business globalization on CRM.

All too often I see companies not consider CRM strategies that can scale to meet international business situations.

 

What I would like to write about is a client of mine, the process we went through to implement CRM internationally, the outcome, and learnings about change readiness, change management, tool selection considerations, and ways to manage an international CRM strategy.
